Conduct of Practical Examinations of HSE-1st (Class 11th) Annual (Regular) Examination Session 2023 by the Schools/ Institutions-Reg.

It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the Practical Examination (both Internal & External) of the forthcoming Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) Annual (Regular) Examination 2023 (scheduled to be held in the month of March 2023) of the schools/Institutions falling in the Soft Zone Areas of Jammu Division (earlier Summer Zone Areas) and the Hard Zone Areas of UTS of J&K and Ladakh (scheduled to be held In the month of April-May 2023) shall he held by the concerned Schools itself before the commence- ment of the examination.

The Practical Examination (both Internal & External) of the forthcoming Higher Secondary Part-1st (Class 11th) for rest of the areas i.e. for schools falling in soft zone areas of Kashmir Division and soft zone areas of erstwhile winter zone Areas of Jammu Division shall also be held by the concerned Schools, but after the cul- mination of the theory examination of Annual (Regular) Examination 2023 (scheduled to be held in the month of March 2023.

The Heads of Institutions are directed to forward the practical awards i.e. (External Assessment/ Internal Assessment/Project work etc) to the Joint Secretary, Secrecy J.D/K.D and concerned Sub/Branch offices of the Board after the culmination of Practical Examination.
